HealthLink has migrated to Availity Essentials

Beginning February 22, 2024, Availity Essentials became your dedicated, secure access point to HealthLink's online tools and resources.

Functionality on Availity Essentials includes:

• Confirm patient eligibility, identifying the Benefit Administrator's name and contact number for eligibility and benefits verification.
• Confirm the status of a priced claim, including the details for the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to contact for payment status verification.
• Request or inquire about authorizations.
• Explore HealthLink resources, news, and announcements.

Please note: As part of this transition access to the previous portal, ProviderInfoSource will shut down on March 31, 2024. It is imperative that you are registered and prepared to use Availity Essentials to avoid business interruptions.

Changes to expect on Availity:

• HealthLink pricing sheets will not be available on Availity.
• Secured messaging will not be available on Availity.
